Seeking commercial experienced craftsman

We require everyone to plan for the next workday.

Responsibilities:

• Layout / Organizing
• Framing / Finish working.
• Ceilings / Gypsum / Tile
• Demo / Cleanup
• Reinforcing Bars
• Vertical Concrete
• Take Measurements, Calculate Materials Needs
• Complete Assigned Tasks in reasonable Time allowances
• Maintain Clean Space & Job Site
• Plan for your next day of work

 
Candidate is required to have:

• 3+ years commercial work experience
• Own carry organized hand tools.
• Provide your own battery tools.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Background check / No Felons
• Reliable Vehicle / Transportation
• Work within 50-mile everyday travel expectation
• Follow our Guild Book / meet expectations.
• Some travel Projects will be Required / As needed / But not our focus.
• We aim to gain work here in Cleveland / Akron OH
