We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project needs start to finish providing scheduling updates, and trade implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction project from planning stages to implementation.
• Provide onsite company leadership and direction. 
• Allocate resources for assigned project scope.
• Maintain project schedule, notify / contact subcontractors.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Keep and maintain organized project files. 
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
• Maintain OHSA compliant working site. 
• Comply & generate daily reports / safety program.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable explainable change order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship as specified. 
• Track trade hourly reporting / material cost.
• Maintain project scope / document update changes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in construction management
• OHSA 30-hour certificate
• ICRA – HAI certification
• Strong print understanding & reading ability. 
• Familiarity with computer Microsoft Office
• Experience with Bluebeam software
• Construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Understanding of team building necessity throughout construction 
• Strong negotiation skills
• Problem solving ability.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
