First floor building full renovation. Work included all common area, entry, sky bridge, box office, Customer service, and corridor areas. Major concession area was relocated from the center of building to side customer servicing configuration. Concession, customer care, and kitchen area was completely rebuilt. Entire building interior finishes were replaced including all floor and wall coverings. Multitude of smaller upgrades were done throughout the building.
